Top Care Support is looking for a Direct Support Professional who is Caring, Compassionate, Open Minded and Reliable, to assist a Women with Developmental Disabilities living in Bayonne, NJ.
Job Responsibilities:
- Monitor the health and medical needs of individuals and immediately report any concerns.
- Provide meal preparation, feeding assistance, and nutritional support
- Assist with personal care, including dressing, bathing, and toileting.
- Maintain confidentiality and privacy of all patient information compliant to HIPAA law and regulations
- Complete daily logs and written reports.
Requirements:
- Is at least 18 years of age
- Has a passion for helping those in need
- Minimum of a High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be willing to have a background check
- Must be willing to take a drug screening
- Must be authorized to legally work in the United States
- Must have a car
- Must have valid driver's license and good driving record
- Current CPR/First Aid certification
Schedule of Services:
Monday & Thursday 5pm-10pm
Pay rate:
$23/hr
