Director Agile Program Management/ Delivery Lead, Automotive

As Director Agile Program Management/ Delivery Lead within the automotive industry, you will act as our automotive client's trusted advisor in leading the overall business solution by navigating prioritization and team dynamics in complex corporate environments. You will collaborate with clients undertaking major Digital Business Transformation (DBT) engagements to understand their business and then constantly deliver value with fast increment cycles. Furthermore, you will play a pivotal role in identifying growth opportunities and shaping our clients' strategic business transformations. This is a chance to combine agile leadership with a knack for driving business innovation and delivering measurable value within the automotive industry.

Your Impact

• Partner with client(s), strategists, experience leads, and enterprise architects to frame business goals and value streams from which we can shape solution propositions that provide transformative business outcomes and customer experience.
• Identify and capitalize on new opportunities, expand into untapped buying centers, and contribute to account growth through value-based delivery and strategic consulting.
• Together with your team, you develop and oversee the production of project deliverables, including estimations, plans, risks, and traceability matrices.
• You create a positive team environment where autonomy, mastery, and purpose are promoted through coaching, individual development, and performance standards.
• You are accountable for creating a team culture of value-based delivery, self-organization, and empowerment.
• You keep the team focused on outcomes and have a data aptitude to make these outcomes measurable.

Qualifications

• Extensive years of professional experience working for a digital agency or consultancy where you have led scaled agile teams to design and build exceptional digital experiences for clients within the automotive industry.
• Strong expertise in leading and delivering complex digital programs.
• Proven ability to engage C-level stakeholders and develop trusted, strategic partnerships that deliver economic and customer value.
• Experience coaching and mentoring people with a continuous focus on personal and professional learning and growth.
• Excellent team and business communication skills, including presentation and facilitation skills.
