Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role
- Lead the Business, Projects & Marketing team, setting direction across business development, account management, project management, and marketing
- Own key customer relationships, driving quotes, contracts, purchase orders, and revenue, serving as a senior escalation point for key accounts
- Lead and support the project management function, guiding project managers who directly interface with customers and internally coordinate complex, fast-moving quantum co-development projects at the bleeding edge of technology
- Shape QPU's go-to-market approach, leading business planning, marketing communications, and forecasting processes
- Drive business development, identifying new opportunities and advancing Infineon's quantum technology services towards a mature product line
- Ensure alignment between commercial and technical workstreams, collaborating closely with QPU engineers and project managers embedded in customer co-development projects

Your Profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed
- Business background, ideally combined with a master’s degree in a technical field like Physics or Engineering
- Several years of professional experience in business development, account management, or commercial leadership in a B2B technology environment
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth through successful marketing strategies
- Prior exposure to quantum technologies or adjacent deep-tech domains is preferred
- Proven experience leading or coordinating a team, with a track record of developing people and delivering results
- Familiarity with complex, milestone-driven project management in a customer-facing or co-development context is a strong advantage
- Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills, with the confidence to engage customers, technical experts, and senior stakeholders alike
- Strong organizational and analytical skills, able to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution across multiple priorities
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); German language skills are a plus
- Willingness to travel internationally, including regular visits to Villach/Austria and Munich/Germany
