We are looking for a
Director, Commercial, Services business line
to build and lead a best-in-class commercial capability for our Services Business Line. In this role, you will strengthen how we sell by developing scalable sales processes, value-based pricing, and high-quality quotation and contract practices—ensuring we win in the market while driving sustainable margin growth.
You will play a central role in connecting Sales, Portfolio, Marketing, and Digital teams to create a seamless, value-driven commercial approach and accelerate growth across our global services business. The location of the role is in Espoo, Finland.
Main responsibilities and tasks:
- Build commercial excellence: Develop capabilities in pricing, contract management, analytics, quotation and sales support
- Drive sales effectiveness: Define and implement structured, end-to-end sales processes and governance
- Lead pricing & quoting: Establish value-based pricing, standardize quotation practices, and improve win rates and margins
- Enable sales growth: Identify market potential, analyze market sentiment, support Sales Areas, and drive proactive sales initiatives
- Develop business models: Co-create new service offerings and commercial models with customers and portfolio teams
- Strengthen sales enablement: Align marketing and sales through clear value propositions, tools, and campaigns Drive performance management: Lead commercial analytics, margin improvement actions, and regular business reviews

To shine in t his position, we hope you have:
- Strong experience in commercial leadership (sales, pricing, and/or business models) in industrial or service-driven environments
- Proven track record in improving sales effectiveness and margins
- Strong experience in developing commercial processes, tools, and capabilities
- Established collaboration skills across sales, marketing, and product/portfolio teams
- Leadership experience with the ability to drive change in a global organization
