Day to Day
As a Marketing Director, you will create our strategy and develop integrated marketing plans for the Benelux region. This senior marketer will have experience in creating scalable programs with a demonstrable impact on market awareness, client or user acquisition, and revenue. This is a highly strategic role with the opportunity to transform how people find jobs and companies hire. In this position, success will come from being an excellent leader who can drive marketing excellence, influence cross-functional teams, and represent Indeed externally.
Responsibilities
Be the voice of the market towards the rest of the organization by understanding key segments, market dynamics, competitors, and customer/user needs.
Define the B2B and B2C integrated marketing plans for the country in partnership with the Central Marketing Teams (Brand Advertising, PR, Small-Medium-Businesses, Job Seeker, and Enterprise businesses)
Coordinate how Marketing budgets are deployed across all our audiences (Job Seekers, SMBs, Enterprises). Directly manage budgets for programs executed in-country (e.g., field marketing, events, hospitality, sponsorships, lead generation, content marketing…, etc.).
Supervise the development and creative direction of our locally tailored Brand Advertising campaigns (TV, radio…) in partnership with our central Brand team
Negotiate the goals and KPIs to effectively track down performance in country
Represent Indeed at industry conferences, media interviews, and client events to communicate our market leadership, product innovations, and labor market trends. Act as a spokesperson for Indeed in the Benelux region, engaging with business communities, policymakers, and industry leaders to enhance brand positioning.
Be an effective member of the Country Marketing Leadership Team (CMLT), drive the country team and Partner with and influence multiple global functions beyond Marketing (Sales, Customer Service, Finance…) to achieve the best for the country.
Skills/Competencies
10+ years experience in delivering successful marketing strategies in fast-growing organizations
Customer focus, passion in creating amazing user-centric experiences
Background in both B2C and B2B Marketing preferred
Understanding of Brand building, agency management, and Performance Marketing
Experience in selling online products or services and collaborating with large Sales teams
Data-driven with proven numerical skills
Team leadership with direct and dotted-line responsibility
Salary Range Transparency
Amsterdam 120,000 - 168,000 EUR per year

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Indeed salary range for this position in the given work location. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range(s) listed is just one component of Indeed's total compensation package for employees.
