Director Of Engineering

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Director of Engineering to join our team at Rosewood Schloss Fuschl. The ideal candidate will lead our Engineering team and collaborate closely with external partners to ensure the seamless operation of our hotel.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide prompt technical assistance to guests for minor issues.
• Request quotations, manage procurement of spare parts, and handle new or replacement equipment orders.
• Develop accurate forecasts and budgets for maintenance and capital investments.
• Optimize processes and costs in energy, maintenance, and servicing areas.
• Plan and execute renovation and improvement projects in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
• Work closely with the safety specialist to maintain a safe environment.
• Ensure full compliance with internal regulations and external standards.
• Coordinate the detection, reporting, and resolution of technical issues.
• Oversee all maintenance and servicing activities to ensure efficient operations.

Rosewood Schloss Fuschl has opened in July 2024. The legendary Hotel Schloss Fuschl marks our second property in Austria with reopening in July 2024.
