Position Summary
Reporting directly to the General Manager, the Director of Health and Wellness is responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality, resident-centered care. This role ensures that care plans are personalized, goal-oriented, and designed to support residents' well-being, dignity, and independence.
Qualifications, Education & Experience
- Current registration as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in good standing with the College of Licensed Practical Nurses of NL.
- Management experience preferred.

- Proven leadership skills with experience supervising a team.
- Strong critical thinking and planning abilities.
- Commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
- Genuine passion for serving seniors and enhancing their quality of life.
- Ability to lead by example and provide exceptional care.
- Flexibility to accommodate residents' and organizational needs.
- Effective problem-solving skills.
- Commitment to confidentiality.
- Strong communication skills for interaction with residents, families, staff, government representatives, and vendors.
- Basic computer proficiency.
