Position Summary

Reporting directly to the General Manager, the Director of Health and Wellness is responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality, resident-centered care. This role ensures that care plans are personalized, goal-oriented, and designed to support residents' well-being, dignity, and independence.

Qualifications, Education & Experience

• Current registration as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in good standing with the College of Licensed Practical Nurses of NL.
• Management experience preferred.
