Build, mentor, and lead a multidisciplinary IT team, fostering a culture of innovation, equity, and accountability.
Collaborate with NYC OTI, NYC Cyber Command, NYS ITS, and other external partners to ensure DOP’s systems meet public safety and citywide standards.
Maintain a proactive approach to cybersecurity, including risk assessments, incident response planning, and compliance with city and state regulations.
Support continuous improvement initiatives and adoption of emerging technologies to enhance service delivery and operational resilience.
