We are seeking an experienced DIRECTOR OF NURSING.
As the Director of Nursing, you will lead our nursing department with a focus on excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement. You’ll have the opportunity to make a lasting impact—supporting both residents and staff in a positive and rewarding environment.
What You’ll Do
- Direct and coordinate all aspects of nursing care to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Lead, mentor, and support nursing staff—including RNs, LPNs, and CNAs—to deliver high-quality, resident-focused care.
- Monitor care outcomes, implement clinical best practices, and support performance improvement initiatives.
- Serve as a liaison with residents, families, interdisciplinary departments, and healthcare partners.
- Uphold a culture of accountability, empathy, safety, and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Associate's Degree in Nursing (ASN) required; BSN preferred.
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing in the State of Missouri.
- Minimum of 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting preferred.
- Current CPR certification required.
- Strong clinical knowledge and familiarity with regulatory compliance, care planning, and data management.
- Effective leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
