Director Of Nursing

• Direct and coordinate all aspects of nursing care to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Lead, mentor, and support nursing staff—including RNs, LPNs, and CNAs—to deliver high-quality, resident-focused care.
• Monitor care outcomes, implement clinical best practices, and support performance improvement initiatives.
• Serve as a liaison with residents, families, interdisciplinary departments, and healthcare partners.
• Uphold a culture of accountability, empathy, safety, and continuous learning.

• Associate's Degree in Nursing (ASN) required; BSN preferred.
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing in the State of Missouri.
• Minimum of 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting preferred.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Strong clinical knowledge and familiarity with regulatory compliance, care planning, and data management.
• Effective leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
