We are seeking an experienced DIRECTOR OF NURSING.

As the Director of Nursing, you will lead our nursing department with a focus on excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement. You’ll have the opportunity to make a lasting impact—supporting both residents and staff in a positive and rewarding environment.

What You’ll Do

Direct and coordinate all aspects of nursing care to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
Lead, mentor, and support nursing staff—including RNs, LPNs, and CNAs—to deliver high-quality, resident-focused care.
Monitor care outcomes, implement clinical best practices, and support performance improvement initiatives.
Serve as a liaison with residents, families, interdisciplinary departments, and healthcare partners.
Uphold a culture of accountability, empathy, safety, and continuous learning.

Qualifications

Associate's Degree in Nursing (ASN) required; BSN preferred.
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing in the State of Missouri.
Minimum of 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting preferred.
Current CPR certification required.
Strong clinical knowledge and familiarity with regulatory compliance, care planning, and data management.
Effective leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
