Director Of Nursing (Don) -$65/Hr To $75/Hr

Job Title: DON *Overtime Available - Weekly Payments*

Pay Range: $65/hr to $75/hr on W2 - Overtime rate: 1.5 of Regular Rate

Shifts Available: 7am to 3:30pm

Guaranteed Hours: 40/week

Duration: 9+ Weeks

Job Description:

• Oversee all nursing staff and ensure compliance with established policies and procedures.
• Develop and implement nursing protocols that align with best practices in acute care and home health.
• Conduct regular assessments of patient care quality and implement improvements as necessary.
• Ensure adherence to Medicare guidelines, MDS requirements, and HIPAA regulations.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create comprehensive care plans for residents.
• Provide training and mentorship to nursing staff to enhance their skills and knowledge in anatomy, physiology, and patient care.
• Monitor staffing levels and assist in recruitment efforts to maintain an adequately staffed nursing team.
• Manage budgets related to nursing operations while ensuring quality care is maintained.

Required: Candidates with prior experience as don, travel don, don nurse, director of nursing, don travel nursing can apply.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $65.00 - $75.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
