The Director of Operations oversees all accounting records, prepares monthly and annual financial reports, supervises payroll and the annual audit, coordinates development of annual budget and policies regarding finances; manages maintenance of membership database; manages implementation of technology solutions, including planning, budgeting, and support of office hardware and software; administers risk management and maintenance of entity assets.
Experience & Skills: Accounting background; supervisory experience; exercise sound judgment; communicate effectively verbally and in writing; detail-oriented; strong work ethic; positive attitude. Strong negotiation skills will be essential in fostering partnerships and enhancing operational capabilities.
Schedule: Full-time (exempt), Monday-Friday. Occasional after hours and weekend work.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
