Are you a visionary leader in social care, ready to make a national impact? ARCS, a key part of the esteemed Daffodil Care Group, is seeking a Director of Services to spearhead the strategic development and expansion of ARCS, our residential disability services. This is a pivotal senior management role for a professional dedicated to providing high-quality, bespoke services for individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder, Intellectual Disabilities, and associated mental health needs.
In this role, you will be the driving force behind our mission, ensuring our services not only meet but exceed regulatory standards while fostering a culture of therapeutic care, quality, and accountability. You will lead operational planning, drive innovation, and build crucial partnerships to support sustainable growth. This role offers significant growth opportunities, placing you at the forefront of national service expansion. You'll have the autonomy to develop new service models, implement innovative operational plans, and shape the future of disability care within ARCS. What makes this position truly compelling is the chance to build a lasting legacy—improving service delivery, championing disability rights, and fostering a culture of excellence and compassion across the entire organisation.
