Palomar Vista Healthcare Center is looking for a Director of Staff Development to join our team! The DSD will plan, develop, direct and evaluate in-service educational programs of the facility. This is a great leadership position in which you will be able to lift and grow your fellow nursing staff.

What we’re looking for:

Someone excited to elevate the care provided to our residents!
This individual will be providing educational opportunties to nursing staff under the direction of the DON of the facility, with an emphasis on assessment, illness prevention and health care management.
Education/Requirements:

Must possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as an LVN or RN in California.
Current CPR certification
Must pass pre-employment back ground check and physical

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour
