Director, Onsite Services

We are looking for a
Director, Onsite Services
to drive the development and execution of our Onsite Services strategy, align it with our business goals, and ensure market fit analysis to create innovative, competitive Onsite Service solutions. You will collaborate with all relevant internal and external stakeholders, sales, marketing, and business lines to expand sales growth, manage financial success, and lead the development of new service models that deliver real value to our customers. The role is based in Iisalmi or from Kuopio remote office, and requires some travelling, maximum 40 days a year.
Main responsibilities and tasks:
  • Leading the Onsite Services portfolio, aligning it with the company’s strategic goals, and driving product strategy development.
  • Managing market trend analysis, customer insights, and competitive landscape assessment to deliver innovative, top tier solutions.
  • Accountable for onsite services portfolio profit & loss.
  • Collaborating with business lines, functions, sales, and markets to drive sales growth and margin development.
  • Developing and owning the Onsite Services strategy and roadmap, ensuring effective execution.
  • Executing and coordinating Onsite services sales and projects with Sales Areas & customers.
  • Driving the development of new Onsite Services solutions and innovative business models.
  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities together with customers, sales teams, and key internal stakeholders.

To shine in this position, we hope you to have:
  • Master’s degree in technology/business/industrial management, engineering, economics, or similar
  • Solid experience in services business, specifically onsite services operations with associated contracts from heavy machinery industry
  • Experience in leadership and project lead/work
  • Proven experience in leading service development successfully from ideas to implementation
  • Experience working in cross-functional and international environments
  • Strong networking and collaboration capabilities, with the ability to communicate and attract attention from top management and customers
  • Fluency in English
