We are looking for you, who want to be a part of an ambitious organization that thrives in a fast-phased commercial environment and who are eager to put your analytical and strategic mindset into play.

At TP Aerospace, we continue to expand our global footprint and strengthen our OEM partnerships. We are now looking for a
Director, Product Line Management to join our commercial organization in Copenhagen and take full ownership of our OEM product lines, including P&L responsibility, strategy, and market development – all while having fun doing so!

Who is this growth company?

We are TP Aerospace! A fast-growing and dynamic company operating in the aviation industry. With headquarters in Copenhagen and eleven sites spanning from Orlando to Melbourne, we operate in a highly global environment where things are moving fast!

The opportunity:

As Director, Product Line Management, you will step into a highly visible, hands-on leadership role with broad functional responsibility and significant impact on TP Aerospace’s commercial success. You will have end-to-end‑ ownership of our OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) product lines, including P&L responsibility, strategy definition, execution, and continuous performance development across global markets.

Reporting to the Group CCO, this role combines strategic leadership with strong operational involvement. You will work closely with a wide range of internal stakeholders across Sales, Asset Management, Supply Chain, Finance, and IT, acting as the functional anchor that aligns product line priorities, market insights, and execution. Externally, you will engage directly with OEM partners, customers, and other key stakeholders at senior levels, building strong relationships and ensuring that agreements, offerings, and market initiatives deliver mutual value.

You will be expected to take ownership, make decisions, and drive initiatives forward in a complex and fast-moving environment. Success in the role requires the ability to balance long-term strategy with day-to-day collaboration, translating market opportunities and data into concrete actions that drive growth, profitability, and operational excellence across the organization.

The primary tasks:

  • Ensure that existing OEM distribution agreements deliver against global P&L budgets
  • Manage OEM relationships at senior management level and conduct regular business reviews
  • Drive global OEM product line growth by developing product and marketing strategies in close collaboration with Sales/Commercial teams, while monitoring competitive dynamics
  • Control internal compliance with OEM contract limitations and restrictions
  • Work with Asset Management to develop planning tools and models to ensure optimal inventory placement
  • Develop and launch market offerings for assigned product lines
  • Define and maintain Power BI dashboards tracking product line performance
  • Lead onboarding of new OEM product lines and implementation of new products to market
  • Build up and further develop the Product Line Management function at TP Aerospace
  • Create demand-driven provisioning models
  • Develop delivery performance overview models together with relevant stakeholders
  • Expand OEM product lines to additional platforms and applications

Qualifications:

We seek a team member that can identify with the description below:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in international business, economics, or similar
  • Approximately 10+ years of experience within commercial, program, product, or supply chain management
  • 5+ years of aviation industry experience
  • Strong IT skills, including MS Office and Power BI (We use the ERP system Quantum Control)
  • Fluent in English (both oral and written)

Skills and Attributes:

  • Strong analytical and strategic mindset with attention to detail
  • Demonstrated business acumen and leadership capabilities
  • Independent, structured, and able to prioritize in a complex environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a natural collaborator across functions
  • Commercially driven with a solid understanding of end-to-end business dynamics
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken

How does team-spirit and professional development sound?

We offer a highly vibrant and international work environment with colleagues all over the world. We guarantee a steep learning curve that will foster both your personal and professional development, and you will have the freedom and ability to influence your own tasks and everyday work life, in close cooperation with your manager.

We take pride in the strong team-spirit characterizing our global workforce, so you will gain a solid group of engaged and dedicated colleagues who are great at what they do and enjoy doing it!
