- Execution Oversight: Manage the product lifecycle, from ideation to sunset. Make pivotal decisions, monitor KPIs, and utilize data insights to refine strategies. Identify and mitigate risks effectively.
- Operational Leadership: Lead the product team with a focus on collaboration and innovation. Resolve challenges, allocate resources strategically, and ensure cross-functional alignment to drive maximum impact.
- Participate in H5P’s management team: Help set and achieve the goals and objectives for the entire H5P Team.
- A proven track record in driving high-level product roadmaps balancing strategic priorities with customer needs and business impact. Preferably over 5 years of experience in a similar role.

- Experience managing the full product lifecycle.
- Strong cross discipline collaborative skills.
- Strong ability to build, lead, and mentor high-performing teams, fostering innovation and collaboration across functions.
- Skilled in presenting strategic roadmaps, performance outcomes, and market analyses. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Someone strong on vision and strategy with the ability to define and implement product strategies aligned with business goals, market opportunities, and long-term growth objectives.
- Preferably someone with a deep understanding of market dynamics within education and technology.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed assigned targets, budgets and deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- An Inclusive and creative workplace, where we give our employees responsibility and trust, along with the opportunity to shape their own working day.
- Flextime with core time from 09:00 - 15:00.
- Lose vacation policy - holiday is up to 25 vacation days each holiday year.
- Incentives like lunch contribution, free snacks and free access to gym (Oslo office only).
- The opportunity to be a part of changing the future for Internet learning content.
- Subsidy for health promoting activities.
- Highly efficient international, goal-oriented and high-spirited work environment where we try to host afterwork activities monthly.
- Insurance and pension contribution.
