You will bring:
Tertiary qualifications in Health Sciences, Community Services, Business or a related discipline.
Extensive senior leadership experience within aged care, health or community services.
Strong knowledge of aged care legislation, compliance and AN-ACC funding.
Demonstrated success leading organisational change and service improvement.
Sound financial, operational and commercial management skills.
Exceptional stakeholder engagement, communication and relationship-building abilities.
A collaborative leadership style and commitment to fostering positive workplace cultures.
A genuine alignment with Kalyra's values and purpose.
AHPRA registration and clinical leadership experience are highly regarded but not essential.
Why Kalyra?
