We're seeking an accomplished legal professional to join their team as Director, Transactions & Contracts Counsel, supporting critical business functions including finance, clinical operations, quality, research, and development.

Your Impact & Contributions:
- Lead contract strategy and administration across multiple departments, implementing efficient systems that reduce negotiation time by 30%
- Drive successful outcomes in complex negotiations for clinical trials, research collaborations, and supply agreements
- Provide strategic counsel to research, development, and clinical operations teams, enabling faster project advancement
- Develop and maintain strong partnerships with external counsel to optimize legal spend and outcomes
- Create scalable contract management processes that support the organization's growth trajectory
What You Bring to Succeed:
- Track record of successfully negotiating complex agreements in the biopharmaceutical industry
- Experience providing practical business advice aligned with corporate objectives
- Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships across organizational functions
- Strong project management capabilities with proven success managing multiple priorities
- Juris Doctor degree and active bar membership in good standing
- 5-10 years of relevant legal experience, particularly in advanced-stage clinical or commercial products
