Corporate Tax Manager

The Tax team supports organisations at every stage of the business lifecycle — from structuring tax effectively and managing employment-related tax matters to fulfilling transactional tax obligations and ensuring ongoing compliance. The team works closely with clients to develop strategies that help them understand and manage tax liabilities and risks in a transparent, ethical, and commercially sound manner.

The team operates across four key specialties:

  • Corporate Tax
  • Goods and Services Tax (GST)
  • Transfer Pricing
  • Employer Solutions & Private Clients

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the delivery of corporate tax advisory and compliance services
  • Work with clients to understand business needs and deliver practical tax solutions
  • Lead tax engagements across a range of industries
  • Advise on corporate restructuring and cross-border transactions
  • Identify and follow up on tax planning opportunities
  • Address tax queries from the Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore (IRAS)
  • Serve as the engagement lead, overseeing project planning, budgeting, and scheduling
  • Conduct seminars and training sessions on corporate tax topics
  • Mentor and manage junior team members
  • Continuously review and improve workflows and internal processes

Qualifications and Requirements

  • A recognised degree and/or relevant professional qualification
  • Accreditation with the Singapore Chartered Tax Professionals (SCTP) preferred
  • At least 6 years of relevant corporate tax experience
  • Strong technical knowledge and analytical capabilities
  • Proven leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated ability to understand client requirements and support team development

Pay: $15,000.00 - $20,000.00 per month
