Position: Support Worker
Location: Victor Harbor

Shift Requirements

• Experience: Experience working in behaviour support and restrictive practices (RPs).
• Experience: Experience working with clients with Mental Health

Responsibilities:

• Support client's in home and out in the community
• Provide companionship
• Assist in designing and implementing a community access program tailored to the client’s interests and goals.
• Liaise closely with the client’s family's and other professionals involved
• Adhere to the Clients Positive Behaviour Support Plan to ensure the client’s safety and well-being.
