About the job

• We are looking for a hands-on Dispatch Foreman to lead our dispatch operations and ensure the seamless delivery of frame and truss products to our customers.
• This role is responsible for managing dispatch schedules, supervising a small team, and maintaining efficient stock control while ensuring health and safety compliance.
• This is a full-time, Monday to Friday role (5:30 AM – 3:00 PM), reporting to the Scheduling Manager.

What You’ll Bring

• Proven experience in a dispatch, warehouse, or logistics hands-on, leadership or senior role required.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills to manage schedules and stock efficiently.
• Manage team performance, training, and adherence to standard operating procedure
• A proactive, hands-on approach with a commitment to workplace safety.
• Forklift licence (OSH and F endorsement preferred) or willingness to obtain.
• Familiarity with frame and truss manufacturing or timber products is an advantage.

Key responsibilties

• Action daily dispatch operations to ensure timely deliveries.
• Oversee loading, stock movements, and quality control of outgoing products.
• Manage team performance, training, and adherence to standard operating procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of dispatch schedules and stock levels.
• Work closely with the Production and Scheduling teams to streamline workflow.
• Ensure all health and safety policies are followed in the dispatch area.
