Description:
Key responsibilities

Reporting to the Quotes & Orders Manager and liaising closely with the Dispatch Coordinator and Sales team, this hands-on role involves loading and unloading trucks, picking and packing plant stock for orders, records administration and coordination of incoming and outgoing greenlife stock.

Additional general nursery duties may include weeding, watering, grounds maintenance and using trade equipment.

The position is full time, working a five-day Monday to Friday roster.

Plantmark offers a four week induction and training program, with face to face learning and online courses presenting a roadmap for success in the role.

Skills and Experiences:
Essential attributes

To be successful as a Plantmark Dispatch Hand, you will have:

• Ability to effectively work unsupervised as well as in a team
• Positive work ethic, reliability and attention to detail
• Intermediate computer skills
• Forklift licence desirable
• Plant knowledge preferred

Applicants must also be capable of performing regular heavy lifting tasks and be able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
