Job Overview
All Electrical Company is seeking a reliable, organized, and friendly Customer Service Representative / Dispatch Service Representative (CSR/DSR) to join our growing team. This role is essential to our daily operations and customer experience, serving as the main point of contact between our customers and field technicians.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and assist customers professionally and courteously
- Schedule and dispatch plumbing technicians efficiently
- Enter and update job details accurately in our system
- Communicate job updates between customers and technicians
- Handle basic billing questions and collect customer information
- Maintain a calm, positive attitude in a fast-paced environment
- Support office operations as needed
Skills
- Previous customer service, dispatch, or office experience preferred
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Comfortable using computers, phones, and scheduling software
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Ability to remain professional and composed under pressure
- Plumbing or construction industry experience is a plus, but not required
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
