Job Overview
We are hiring City Dispatcher/Planner.
As a City Dispatcher & Outsourcing Representative, you’ll be responsible for sourcing freight, negotiating rates, coordinating third-party carriers, planning for city drivers and ensuring timely and efficient transportation solutions. You’ll serve as the key link between shippers and carriers.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with third-party carriers and partners.
Manage freight outsourcing, including load tracking and documentation.
Ensure timely pickup and delivery while maintaining profitability.
Collaborate with dispatchers and operations for load planning.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
Work Location: In person
