About Us:

Perspective1 is a leading commercial facilities maintenance company specializing in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, handyman services, and general repairs across multiple locations. We operate in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Dispatcher to help keep our operations running smoothly.

The Role:

As a Dispatcher, you’ll be the key point of contact for work order management, coordinating with subcontractors nationwide, ensuring timely service completion, and keeping our clients updated. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a solid understanding of commercial maintenance services, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general repairs.

What You’ll Do:

• Receive and dispatch work orders (WOs) to subcontractors across the country.
• Coordinate and track multi-site projects to ensure efficiency and timely completion.
• Create and submit proposals for work orders and larger projects.
• Provide daily updates on project statuses to clients and internal teams.
• Confirm work completion details and ensure all necessary documentation is submitted.
• Work within scheduling and invoicing systems to streamline operations.
• Communicate via phone and email—this role requires confidence in direct communication.
• Problem-solve and take charge when challenges arise.

Who You Are:

• Highly organized and detail-oriented—able to manage multiple ongoing projects.
• A natural problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communicator—comfortable making and receiving high-volume phone calls.
• Experienced in dispatching (3+ years preferred) and commercial facilities maintenance (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, handyman services, etc.).
• Proactive, adaptable, and ready to take initiative.
• Familiar with scheduling, invoicing, and project management systems.

Compensation & Benefits:

Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 per year (weekly pay)
