We are a fast-paced and growing towing company looking for a reliable and organized Tow Truck Dispatcher to join our team. If you thrive under pressure and have strong communication skills, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and assist customers professionally
- Dispatch tow truck drivers efficiently using GPS and Towbook app.
- Collect accurate details (location, vehicle type, situation)
- Coordinate multiple drivers and prioritize calls
- Maintain clear communication with drivers and customers
- Handle payments, invoices, and basic record keeping (if required)
- Provide excellent customer service in stressful situations
- Bring/supervise customers in the yard
Requirements:
- Previous dispatch or customer service experience (preferred but not required)
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Ability to stay calm under pressure
- Basic computer skills
- Knowledge of local roads/areas is a must
- Must be reliable and punctual
- Criminal record check required and driver abstract for insurance purposes
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
