Dispatcher

Bright Star Security, Inc. (PPO 9679) is seeking applicants for a part-time Dispatcher in Novato, CA. This position consists of 2 Graveyard shifts (Midnight-8AM) Saturday And Sunday mornings

Qualifications:

Strong Communication Skills

Excellent Customer Service skills

Security/Dispatch Experience is a +

Ability to multi-task

Must be able to handle clients and their needs

Able to communicate in English on radios and phones

Mac Computer Skills a + (FileMaker Pro) Not necessary, as we will train you

Work well with others

Must be able to work holidays if they fall on your scheduled shift

Able to work by yourself

Positive attitude with an enthusiastic outlook

Additional requirements will be discussed at time of interview

Duties:

Handle phone calls to and from clients

Answer radio calls from employees out in the field

Make log entries in computer

Send out reports to clients via computer

Responsible for issuing equipment

Basic office and minor housekeeping duties

Maintain positive performance, attendance and professional grooming standards
