Nous cherchons un dispatcher pour notre site de Molinfaing (Neufchateau)

Temps plein, 5 jours/semaine (37h/sem)
Vous évoluerez au sein d’une équipe dynamique, dans un groupe en continuelle expansion
Contrat à durée indéterminée
Tâches :
- Planification des véhicules par zone ou type de client ;
- Contact Clients : réception de commandes, annonces de problèmes, demandes de capacité, etc ;
- Prise de RDV sur différentes plateformes clients ;
- Suivi des véhicules, temps de conduite, ETA ;
- Optimalisation des boucles et/ou taux d’occupation des véhicules ;
- Communication avec les sous-traitants ;
Profil :
- Vous êtes dynamique, débrouillard, proactif et réactif, capable de gérer les priorités
- Les langues sont un atout important : Français/Anglais/Néerlandais/Allemand
- Une expérience en transport est un atout
- Aisance avec l’outil et les différents programmes : vous êtes capable de rester toute la journée devant un écran et de jongler entre plusieurs programmes
