Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant/ Dispatcher to support our operations team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of daily administrative and dispatch related tasks. This position requires strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the operations team, including data entry and document management.
• Assist with freight and shipping processes, ensuring timely and accurate handling of shipments.
• Manage incoming phone calls with professionalism, utilizing effective phone etiquette.
• Utilize ACE Courier Services Transportation Management Systems
• Maintain organized records of all shipping documents, correspondence, and reports.
• Effectively dispatch local drivers to Pickup and delivery locations.
• Offer support to drivers.

Skills

• Proficiency in data entry with a high level of accuracy.
• Familiarity with freight processes and shipping/receiving operations.
• Strong phone etiquette.
• Ability to analyze data effectively to support decision-making processes.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
