Job Description:
- Help people in distress by promptly mobilizing operators
- Answering calls for those in need of assistance
- Apply critical thinking to efficiently manage resources
- Deliver industry leading customer service
- Create calls and review service requests
- Support the team of operators to get to those in need
Job Requirements:
- Excellent Communication skills
- Ability to learn and use multiple applications, and software systems
- Ability to multitask and problem solve in a fast paced environment
- Available to work shifts from Sunday to Saturday
- Knowledge of Automotive, and Transportation an asset
- Clean criminal record check
Experience dispatching or working in a high paced environment is preferred, but not required. We're looking for someone who can think outside the box under pressure, and make efficient dispatch decisions. The successful applicant will receive paid, in-house training upon hiring.
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Morning shift
Supplemental pay types:
- Bonus pay
- Overtime pay
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour
