A dispatcher and/or call taker’s, biggest responsibility is to assist our customers who are in need emergency assistance. Dispatchers must work well under pressure and respond to emergencies quickly and efficiently.
As a dispatcher/call taker, you will need to gather all important details about customers and their situations.

Once all details are gathered dispatch the appropriate driver with the right skills and equipment. When not dispatching or call taking your position will include providing quotes for services requested by customers, auto clubs or other. The successful candidate will need to be flexible with their schedule and be available for afternoon/evening, weekend and holiday shifts.

Required Skills, Knowledge & Abilities
The ideal candidate would be a local resident, detail oriented, customer service is number one and have excellent communication skills.
Addition skills a great asset to the position
· Multitask in a face-paced environment
· Minimum keyboarding skills of 35 wpm
· Excellent attention to detail
· Great Memory
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Able to articulate instruction and job details clearly by phone, verbally and input into computer-based programs
· Quick and eager to learn company programs (training will be provided)
· Able to communicate confidently with police departments, insurance agencies

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
