Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and experienced candidate to join our team in a fast-paced trucking and courier environment; the ideal candidate will have prior experience in logistics, dispatch, customer service, sales, or driving (depending on role), with strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills, and the ability to work under pressure while managing multiple tasks efficiently; candidates should be familiar with industry tools and systems such as Salesforce or Zendesk (for administrative roles) and GPS/dispatch platforms (for operations roles), possess a solid understanding of transportation processes, and demonstrate professionalism in dealing with customers and team members; a valid driver’s license (Class 1, 3, or 5 as applicable), a clean driving record, and knowledge of safety regulations and pre-trip inspections are required for driver positions, while sales candidates should have proven experience in client acquisition and contract negotiation; overall, we are looking for a dependable, self-motivated individual with a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in courier, logistics, or transportation dispatching.
- Familiarity with local routes and geography.
- Experience with pricing, invoicing, and billing systems.
- Knowledge of safety and transportation regulations.

Duties
- Manage customer inquiries via multi-line phone systems, providing professional and courteous assistance.
- Utilize transportation management systems, SyteLine, and AS400 to process orders, track shipments, and update relevant data entry records accurately.
- Coordinate freight, shipping, and receiving activities to ensure timely delivery and receipt of goods.
- Analyze shipping & receiving data to identify trends or issues, offering solutions to improve operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with 3PL providers and internal teams to optimize supply chain processes.
- Maintain detailed documentation of customer interactions and transactions for future reference.
- Assist with logistics planning by managing transportation schedules and documentation.
- Provide support for analysis tasks related to freight costs, delivery times, and supply chain performance.
Skills
- Proficiency with transportation management systems.
- Strong data entry skills with high accuracy and typing speed.
- Excellent analysis skills to interpret logistics data and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to handle phone etiquette professionally across multi-line phone systems.
- Knowledge of supply chain processes, freight management, and 3PL operations.
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. This position requires a candidate who is proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously while providing exceptional customer service in a professional setting.

Pay: $46,000.00-$52,000.00 per year
