Dispensary & Research Assistant

Overview
The Dispensary and Research Assistant will maintain supplies and inventory for the Clinic while providing excellent customer service to patients. This role is responsible for back-up front desk reception.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for creating and maintaining inventory systems for the clinic products and supplies on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
• Create and design labels for the Gummy CBD inventory.
• Ensure labels are updated and applied to packaging weekly.
• Rotate and stock all inventory on retail floor weekly.
• Receive inventory and repackage bulk inventory for retail.
• Assist with inventory count weekly or as needed.
• Notify the Controller of low inventory and submit purchase orders as needed.
• Submit reports for bulk breakdown to accounting monthly or as needed.
• Expire out of date inventory weekly.
• Assist with monthly inventory of pharmacy product and clinical supplies.
• Responsible for clinic lock system and issuing badges for employees.
• Act as backup front end receptionist as needed.
• Prepare product packets for patients as directed.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Demonstrable organizational, accuracy, and detail-oriented skills required.
• Minimum two (2) years customer service experience.
• Experience with marketing techniques and processes.
• Minimum one (1) year experience with inventory systems and processes.
• Experience and ability to work with computers, MS Office suite products (Word & Excel) and Electronic Health records systems.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
