About the Role
We’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented team member to join our South Melbourne dispensary and help ensure the safe, efficient, and timely delivery of prescriptions to patients.

This is a key operational role that supports the full journey from script to shipment. Working closely with our pharmacists and patient care team, you’ll help create a seamless experience, where patients feel confident, cared for, and supported at every step.

Key Responsibilities

• Dispense prescriptions and input patient medical data accurately
• Pick, pack, and prepare e-commerce orders with care and precision
• Assist pharmacists with stock control, compliance, and administration
• Provide friendly, timely support to patients (phone, email, online)
• Liaise with suppliers and external partners as needed
• Maintain accurate records and uphold regulatory requirements

About You
You’re detail driven, people focused, and quietly excellent at getting things done. You care about doing things properly, you thrive in fast moving environments, and you’re excited to be part of something that’s continually evolving.

We’re looking for:

• Experience in a dispensary, pharmacy, or customer support setting
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Confidence with digital systems and inventory platforms
• High level of accuracy, reliability, and accountability
• Interest in medicinal cannabis and progressive healthcare
