At Nurses On Call Inc., we're looking for a Distribution Associate who takes pride in efficiency and accuracy to help ensure essential medical supplies and materials reach the right place at the right time.

As a vital part of our operations team, you’ll directly support the professionals who care for patients—your role matters, and we make sure you feel it.

What You’ll Do:

• Accurately pick, pack, and prepare healthcare supplies for delivery
• Track and organize inventory to ensure nothing gets missed
• Maintain a clean and organized storage or warehouse area
• Work with delivery drivers and internal staff to meet daily distribution goals
• Monitor supply levels and report replenishment needs
• Ensure timely, error-free distribution that supports high-quality patient care

What You Bring:

• A keen eye for detail and commitment to accuracy
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Ability to lift, move, and handle packages up to 50 lbs
• A team-focused attitude and dependable work ethic
• Previous experience in warehouse, inventory, or logistics is a plus—but not required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.73 - $21.00 per hour
