Sodexo is seeking a District Manager to lead a large, growing Senior Living portfolio of 5-7 different client sites in the Wisconsin, Iow, Illinois, and Indiana markets. Prefer the right candidate reside in Chicago, Milwaukee, Indianapolis, or Eastern Iowa area. Competitive base salary, plus bonus, car allowance, great benefits, 3 weeks paid vacation, 401K, and more.
This position will home office in the Midwest, but may require additional travel outside the area from time to time. This is a hands-on Senior Management position with active operations responsibilities and accountability. This position reports to the Vice President of Operations and is required to facilitate on-going portfolio communication, standards and business objectives.
- Strong team development skills, client relationship skills,
- Proven successful P&L management experience,
- Coordinate and direct subordinate managers, supervisors and frontline employees,
- Lead the teams financial performance, client retention, policy compliance, and employee training & development,
- Demonstrated ability to meet multiple deadlines and manage workload,
- Experience working with clients and VP in areas relating to contract and account operations.

- Experienced multi-unit/site managers.
- Strong strategic leaders.
- Experienced in managing talent management, finances and project management.
- Seniors, healthcare experience preferred.
- Contract foodservice experience preferred.
