The District Supervisor at Xcite Photography will play a pivotal role in steering the operational efficiency of field teams across the associated market. This role demands a proactive approach that oversees photographers, Team Leads, SR. Reps, and other field-level employees, ensuring high-quality service delivery to our dealers. The candidate should possess a blend of analytical and interpersonal skills and be adept at both account oversight and leading a team.
Primary Responsibilities and Duties
Account and Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain relationships with customers through regular visits.
- Address customer queries and issues promptly, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Collaborate opportunities with the District Manager to enhance product and service offerings.
Team Leadership and Development:
- Oversee, mentor, and coach staff within the market to foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Oversee staffing and scheduling, ensuring optimal team deployment for daily customer visits and new dealer launches.
Operational Oversight:
- Manage staff hours, expenses, and production to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Float locally as needed, for customer engagement and market expansion.
- Analyze staffing requirements for both new and existing business engagements.
Performance Analysis:
- Address process and quality issues effectively and in a timely manner.
- Train/Retrain field employees
Essential Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:
- Strong ability to adapt to diverse customers and work conditions swiftly and comfortably.
- In-depth knowledge of dealership operations is a significant advantage.
