About the Gig

We are looking for an experienced and reliable DJ in Adelaide to perform at a Christmas party. The ideal DJ will know how to read the room, keep the energy up, and play crowd-friendly, festive music suited for a Christmas celebration.

Light MC duties will be required, such as guest announcements and simple event cues.

Responsibilities

• DJ for the full duration of the event (5:00 PM – 10:00 PM).
• Play Christmas-themed and crowd-friendly music suitable for a mixed audience.
• Perform light MC duties, including guest announcements when required.
• Arrive on time for setup and sound check.
• Maintain a professional and positive presence throughout the event.

Requirements

• Proven DJ experience (events, parties, or similar).
• Must supply your own DJ equipment and PA system.
• Reliable, punctual, and professional.
• Strong crowd-reading and music selection skills.
• Comfortable using a microphone for light MC duties.
• Must be available on Friday, 19 December.
• Must be based in or able to travel to Adelaide, SA.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $500.00 – $1,200.00 per day

Expected hours: No more than 6 per week

Work Location: In person
