Role Overview
The DMC Travel Operations Executive is responsible for the end-to-end coordination and execution of travel services for inbound and outbound clients handled by the company. This role ensures smooth ground operations, accurate supplier coordination, and high service quality for FIT, group, luxury, and MICE travel.
The executive acts as a key link between sales, suppliers, and on-ground teams, ensuring that all confirmed travel arrangements are delivered as promised.
Key Responsibilities
- Travel Operations & Coordination
Manage confirmed travel bookings including hotels, transportation, guides, and experiences
- Coordinate with local and international suppliers to reconfirm services
- Prepare and maintain detailed operational itineraries and service vouchers
- Ensure accurate execution of FIT, group, and MICE travel programs
Supplier Management:
Communicate with hotels, transport companies, guides, and activity providers
Verify service details such as pickup timings, guest names, rooming lists, and special requests
Track supplier confirmations, amendments, and cancellations
On-Ground Execution
Monitor daily tour operations and handle last-minute changes
Provide timely support during travel operations
Act as the first point of contact for operational issues or emergencies
Internal Coordination
Work closely with the sales team to understand client requirements
Handover confirmed files from sales to operations with complete details
Update CRM and internal tracking sheets accurately
Quality Control & Reporting
Follow company SOPs and quality checklists for every file
Ensure service standards and client satisfaction
Collect post-trip feedback and report operational issues for review
Skills & Qualifications
Diploma / Graduate in Travel, Tourism, or Hospitality (preferred)
1–3 years of experience in travel operations or DMC operations
Strong coordination and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple files simultaneously
Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
Comfortable working with international suppliers and time zones
Preferred Experience (Good to Have)
Experience handling Japan or international destinations
Knowledge of FIT, group tours, and MICE operations
Familiarity with CRM systems and travel documentation
Ability to handle pressure during peak travel seasons

Accuracy of bookings and confirmations
On-time service delivery
Supplier response & coordination efficiency
Issue resolution time

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹120,000.00 - ₹180,000.00 per year
