We are seeking a hardworking and reliable individual to join our team!

In this role, you will be responsible for the efficient loading and unloading of boxes, ensuring all shipments are handled with care and precision. Beyond core material handling, you will assist in various tasks, including general labor, warehouse operations, and maintaining a safe and clean work environment.

Responsibilities:

- Operating forklift to move and stack materials, supplies, and products throughout the warehouse and designated areas.

- Unload trucks and containers at the dock using a forklift or other appropriate equipment.

- Safely load and unload materials, ensuring appropriate storage and stacking techniques are employed to prevent damage or product loss.

- Perform general labor duties, including but not limited to lifting heavy items, packaging, repackaging, labeling, and organizing.

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, ensuring compliance with safety guidelines and policies.

- Collaborate effectively with team members and follow instructions from supervisors to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.

- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and quality standards to provide exceptional service and meet customer satisfaction goals.

- Forklift certification preferred, but not required.

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent.

- Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects safely and repetitively.

- Excellent hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness skills to operate a forklift in confined spaces.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and quality.

- Good organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

- Solid communication skills to collaborate with team members and follow instructions from supervisors.

- Strong focus on safety, adhering to safety guidelines and protocols at all times.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
