Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified and compassionate Medical Doctor – Corporate Clinic to provide high-quality primary healthcare services within a corporate environment. The role involves delivering outpatient consultations, emergency care, occupational health support, and ensuring compliance with clinical governance and quality standards while promoting employee health and wellbeing.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide routine medical consultations and primary care treatment for minor illnesses and injuries.
• Deliver first aid and emergency response, including patient stabilisation using BLS techniques.
• Assess patients, determine referral requirements, and coordinate specialist consultations when necessary.
• Support occupational health programs, including fitness-for-duty assessments, periodic medical examinations, return-to-work evaluations, and health surveillance activities.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in EMR systems and ensure compliance with medical record and data privacy standards.
• Participate in clinical audits, incident reporting, and continuous quality improvement initiatives.
• Promote workplace health and wellness programs.
• Ensure adherence to clinical governance, safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Contribute to maintaining a safe, compliant, and professional clinic environment.

Mandatory Requirements

• MBBS degree from a recognized medical college.
• Valid registration with the Indian Medical Council or State Medical Council.
• Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a hospital or clinical setting.
• Mandatory experience in primary GP care.
• Strong communication skills in English; knowledge of local language is preferred.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure with sound clinical judgment.

Pay: ₹85,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
