Job Title: Cosmetologist/Skin Therapist / Skincare Therapist / Esthetician

Key Responsibilities:

1. Skin Analysis and Consultation:

Assess clients' skin types and conditions through careful observation and consultation.

Recommend skincare routines, products, and services tailored to individual needs.

2. Facial Treatments:

Perform facials, including deep cleansing, exfoliation, extractions, and moisturizing.

Offer advanced skincare services such as anti-aging treatments, acne treatments, and microdermabrasion.

3. Laser Treatments:

Provide laser treatments to improve skin texture and health, assess doctor in doing laser procedures.

4. Collecting blood samples of clients for various injectable procedures and assisting doctor for the same.

5. Client Education:

Educate clients about proper skincare routines, product usage, and lifestyle factors that impact skin health.

Stay updated on new skincare trends and technologies to offer clients the latest services.

6. Maintain Cleanliness and Safety Standards:

Ensure cleanliness and hygiene by sanitizing equipment, tools, and work areas.

Adhere to all health and safety regulations.

7. Customer Service:

Provide exceptional customer service by creating a welcoming and relaxing environment.

Build strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

A certification or diploma in esthetics or a related field, typically from a licensed program.

Proven experience as a skin therapist or esthetician (depending on job level).

Knowledge of various skin conditions, treatments, and skincare products.

Good communication skills for client consultation and recommendations.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a clinic.

A passion for skincare and helping clients achieve healthy skin.
