Document Completion Specialist Wanted – Funeral Industry
(Full-Time)
We are seeking a compassionate, detail-oriented, and patient professional to join our team as a Document Completion Specialist. This role is central to our Aftercare Program, guiding families through the completion of notifications and the submission of benefit forms with accuracy and care.
You Will:
- Assist families with sensitivity as you complete notifications and file benefit forms on their behalf.
- Ensure all documents are accurate, timely, and compliant with legal and industry standards.
- Provide professional, supportive communication both in person and by phone.
- Ease the burden for families during their time of loss.
We Are Looking For:
- Previous administrative or funeral industry experience is preferred (but not required).
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organization.
- Ability to remain calm, patient, and professional in emotionally sensitive situations.
- A genuine desire to help families with compassion and care.
- Excellent communication and computer skills.
