Responsibilities

• Safely handle dogs during bathing and drying processes, ensuring their comfort and safety at all times
• Perform pet grooming tasks including bathing, drying, assessing skin and coat
• Use animal restraint techniques effectively to prevent injury and reduce stress for pets during grooming procedures
• Maintain cleanliness of grooming stations, tools, and equipment to uphold hygiene standards
• Deep Cleaning Salon with daily and weekly tasks
• Support team members with kennel duties or other animal handling tasks when required

Qualifications

• Prior experience in pet grooming or dog handling is highly preferred, but not required, we are willing to train.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting when necessary
• Excellent communication skills to interact positively with clients and team members
• Able to maintain proper timing techniques to stay on schedule
