Description- We currently have access to a venue located in Macomb County. Elite Establishments Group is on the lookout for passionate individuals to join our team in the development of a Dog Grooming facility where only all natural organic pet grooming supplies are placed on our furry friends.

Our objective is to assemble a group of skilled groomers and a Marketing professional. The ideal candidates will have a love for animals and a strong commitment to providing exceptional grooming services. As a Pet Groomer, you will be responsible for ensuring the health and well-being of pets while delivering high-quality grooming experiences for both pets and their owners.

This New Adventure is Looking for Experienced Partnering Team Members in the Following Roles: (Visit- New Adventures Tab for list of all Upcoming Businesses) 4 Pet Grooming Professionals - Your lease rate $850 a month 10% payables /15% profit 1Marketing Director - (Part time) Your lease rate $425 a month 10% payables / 7.50% profit – in person (This individual promotes this business) 1Janitorial Services Director - Your lease rate $425 a month 10% payables /7.50% profit Lease Term- 1 year Team Responsibilities Before Opening- (Done as partnering team regardless of if full or part time) Clean up Painting Organizing Minor Repairs Create Design and Layout of Location Assemble Equipment Base Requirements- (Plus, Job Experience– Visit Job Description & Requirements) Must be a US Citizen 5+ Years experience in field Available to start immediately Valid Driver’s License Willing to undergo Background check, Credit check, and Drug test Monthly Dues- $850.00 per month + 10% Payables (utilities, inventory, etc.) (Each partnering team member will carry same financial responsibility) Deposit- First month’s rent $850.00 + 1.5 Security $2,125.00 + Collateral Part time position lease rate is as follows: Deposit- First month’s rent $425.00 + 1.5 Security $1,062.50 + Collateral Start Up

Requirements- Interview(s) Successfully complete a pre-employment background check. Approved Application & Processing Deposit- First month’s rent $850.00 + 1.5 Security $2,125.00 + Collateral Subject to change if part time position lease rate is as follows: Deposit- First month’s rent $425.00 + 1.5 Security $1,062.50 + Collateral Application Fee- $75 The application fee will be required following the completion of the second round of structured interviews, at which point 3 candidates will be chosen to advance in the selection process. This fee covers administrative paperwork, background check, credit check, and drug test. We only ask this to be paid by the 3 candidates remaining after the initial interview(s). Description:

• Perform grooming services including bathing, clipping, and styling of various breeds of dogs and other pets.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the grooming area and equipment.
• Assess the condition of pets’ coats and skin, identifying any health issues that may require veterinary attention.
• Provide excellent customer service by communicating with pet owners about their pets' needs and grooming options.
• Handle animals safely and humanely, using appropriate restraint techniques when necessary.
• Assist in the care of animals in the kennel area, ensuring they are comfortable and well-cared for during their stay.
• Maintain accurate records of grooming services performed on each pet.

Requirements:

• Proficient in pet grooming techniques with experience in handling various breeds.
• Strong animal handling skills, including knowledge of animal restraint methods.
• Familiarity with veterinary care practices is a plus.
• Excellent customer service skills to effectively communicate with pet owners.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting as needed when handling larger animals or equipment.
• Experience in kennel management or general pet care is beneficial.
• A compassionate attitude towards animals and a commitment to their well-being is essential.
• Must be able to pass background check and drug test.
