Are you an experienced Domestic Foreman or a fully qualified plumber ready to take the next step into a leadership role?

Walsh & Sheehan is the fastest-growing Plumbing & Heating company in the Southeast, currently working on multiple high-profile residential housing schemes. As we continue to expand, we’re looking for an experienced Domestic Foreman to lead and manage plumbing and heating operations on domestic new build site in Carlow.

The Role
As Domestic Foreman, you will oversee all on-site plumbing and heating works, coordinate with project managers and tradespeople, ensure high standards of workmanship, and keep projects running smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise the plumbing team on a residential construction site
• Coordinate project timelines and ensure daily targets are met
• Communicate effectively with subcontractors, suppliers, and the wider team
• Monitor quality, safety, and compliance on-site
• Problem-solve and provide technical support as needed

About You:

• Fully qualified plumber (Essential)
• Proven experience on domestic/residential construction projects
• Previous site management or supervisory experience (Preferred)
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Reliable, proactive, and quality-focused
