Job Title: Domestic IT Recruiter Trainer

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Domestic IT Recruiter Trainer to mentor and upskill complete freshers into proficient IT recruiters capable of securing placements. You will design and deliver comprehensive training programs covering sourcing, screening, client pitching, and placement strategies for domestic IT roles (e.g., software developers, QA engineers, DevOps). The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, has a proven track record of building high-performing recruitment teams, and can drive 100% placement outcomes for trainees.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and conduct end-to-end training modules for freshers, transforming them from novices to placement-ready IT recruiters within 1-2 months.
• Teach practical skills including candidate sourcing (LinkedIn, Naukri, portals), resume screening, technical interviews, salary negotiation, and client/vendor management for domestic IT hires.
• Track trainee progress via KPIs (e.g., placement ratio >80%, time-to-hire <30 days) and provide personalized feedback/coaching.
• Stay updated on IT recruitment trends (e.g., AI tools, remote hiring) and integrate them into curricula.
• Collaborate with HR leads to align training with organizational hiring goals and conduct placement mock drives.
• Mentor 10-20 freshers per batch, ensuring 90%+ placement in IT staffing firms or corporates.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in domestic IT recruitment, with at least 2 years in team lead/trainer roles.
• Proven success in training freshers to placements (portfolio of 50+ placed candidates preferred).
• Strong knowledge of IT roles (e.g., Java, .NET, cloud computing) and tools like ATS (e.g., Zoho Recruit), Boolean search, and compliance (PF, ESI, GST).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and motivational skills; experience with virtual training platforms (Zoom, Google Meet).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,216.50 - ₹42,615.97 per month
