Job Title: Domestic Recruiter

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Domestic Recruiter with 3–6 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment for the Indian market. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing skills, hands-on experience with multiple hiring portals, and the ability to manage the complete recruitment lifecycle independently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for domestic (India-based) hiring requirements
- Understand client requirements and job specifications in detail
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking
- Screen, shortlist, and interview candidates as per role requirements
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Manage offer negotiations, documentation, and joining formalities
- Maintain accurate recruitment data and reports
- Ensure timely closure of positions while maintaining quality standards
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 3 to 6 years of experience in Domestic Recruitment
- Strong experience with job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, Monster, etc.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously
- Good understanding of hiring across IT / Non-IT roles (as applicable)
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote setup
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working with staffing/consulting firms
- Knowledge of ATS and recruitment tracking systems
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
