Are you competitive, confident, and hungry to grow?

V.I.L. Landscaping is building a team of motivated, full-time door-to-door sales representatives who can generate qualified leads and book appointments for our sales team.

You do not need to close the sale. Your job is to start conversations with homeowners, identify potential landscaping projects, and schedule qualified appointments for our sales representatives.

Training Period

During your first two weeks, you will receive:

• per hour for 2 weeks
• Commission opportunities
• Hands-on training in appointment setting, communication, customer service, and sales

Your Weekly Target

• Three qualified leads per day
• Five working days per week
• 15 qualified leads
• Approximately 10 booked appointments

What You Can Earn at Target

• 10 appointments × CA$60 = CA$600
• Approximately CA$30,000 in closed work
• 3% commission = CA$900
• Total target earnings: approximately CA$1,500 per week

Strong performers can earn CA$2,000 or more per week during the busy season. Actual earnings depend on individual performance and closed sales.
