Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Door to Door Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with potential customers in their homes, presenting our products and services, and building lasting relationships. This position requires a proactive approach to business development and a strong commitment to customer service. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and the ability to negotiate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Conduct door-to-door sales presentations to potential customers in designated neighborhoods.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients through warm calling and follow-ups.
• Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions that meet their requirements.
• Utilize effective sales techniques to close deals and achieve sales targets.
• Communicate product features, benefits, and pricing clearly to customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with the sales team to share insights and strategies for improving sales performance.
• Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in a door-to-door or direct sales environment.
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on building rapport with clients.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly.
• Experience in inside sales or technical sales is a plus.
• Ability to negotiate effectively and handle objections professionally.
• Proficiency in outbound calling techniques is preferred.
• Bilingual candidates who speak Spanish are highly desirable but not required.
• A positive attitude, self-motivation, and resilience are essential for success in this role.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.88 - $21.50 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week
